We make the best of our efforts to avail you of our services most effectively within the prescribed time for each service and product of Legal Light Consulting “Vakeel Bro”.
We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the information as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if for any reason, our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then, in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the conditions.
Vakeel Bro is grateful to its clients for choosing the services listed on our platform or associate channel/domain associated with us. We sincerely try to make your experience good & deliver the service as promised at the time of the transaction. However, if for any reason, our clients believe that the services rendered to them are not satisfactory or as per expectation, then in that case, clients will be entitled to a refund subject to the following conditions:
- If Vakeel Bro Lawyer itself denies to provide the agreed service, for whatsoever reason (maybe due to a change of order, law or any other regulation). Timely intimation with reason will be shared with the client via email or call with the proper reason stated for denial of service.
- The refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service provided by us. Nothing herein stated implies the satisfaction of clients. Vakeel Bro solely has the discretion to decide and confirm the deficiency of service. The amount of refund shall be at the free will of the Vakeel Bro Lawyer depending upon the lack of service.
- In the event a client has already paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind for whatsoever reason, the refund i.e. the initial amount for any of the services, shall not be returned as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Vakeel Bro.
- Refund requests shall not be entertained after the documents/ details have been shared with the client in the event of a change of mind. However, we shall give the client an option of using the amount paid by you, at any later date within the stipulated time decided by Vakeel Bro for the same service.
- If the Refund falls under a Money Back Guarantee scheme which is duly published on the Site and/or communicated to the User in writing through any electronic medium, and the User satisfies all the terms and conditions of the Money Back Guarantee scheme
- There has to be an explicit, clear and visible deficiency on the part of Vakeel Bro.
- A refund will not be granted if the reason is the decision of the client to have a different choice after making payments as there is no fault or defect on the part of Vakeel Bro Lawyers. Refunds will not be permitted if the work has been shared with the client but the client has changed the choice of service the same amount can be carried forward to avail of different services or purchases offered by Vakeel Bro Lawyers which has the same value.
- The refund request will not be considered if the request was made after 30 days of purchase of service and the work has been completed and intimated to you via email or any other form of communication
- If you have booked an appointment or paid any amount, either in full or partially, for services such as marriage registration, court marriage, divorce, or any other service offered by Vakeel Bro Lawyer or its associated domains or professionals, you have the option to cancel the service within 2 hours after booking. In such cases, Vakeel Bro’s team may offer you another slot, date, or service to adjust the amount paid. However, if work has already commenced and you have had a consultation with our team, or if our team has initiated efforts to complete the task, but you decide not to proceed for any reason, Vakeel Bro Lawyer reserves the right to forfeit the entire amount after 30 days from the payment date.
- If the request for the refund has been approved by Vakeel Bro itself and decides to refund the amount, the same shall be processed and intimated to the client via email or call. This refund process could take a minimum of 30 (thirty) business days to process and shall be credited to the client’s bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by the client is returned to them at the earliest.
- Payment Policy All fee has to be paid upfront before availing of any paid service at Vakeel Bro and its associated partner portal.
- In case of cancellation or non-confirmation of the appointment/consultation by us due to any reasons, options are available to the user: Either He / She may ask for rescheduling the appointment/consultation with the Lawyer. For rescheduling, a request can be placed within 24 hours of booking otherwise no rescheduling will be done, or He / She may claim a refund of the advance payment.
- If the client does not respond after two phone calls (to the number provided by the client) and/ or does not call back and/or denies the requirement for consultation upon being contacted by our panel lawyer, the sales would be deemed final and would not be refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made and a confirmation number has been generated, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing – by an email at advbharatrawat@gmail.com with the proper subject.
- When contacting us, please include any details relating to the Services you have purchased so that we can ensure you are completely satisfied with your Vakeel Bro experience. Unless you have a good reason, we don’t give refunds for services that you’ve already used.
- The refund will be processed directly in the user’s Bank/Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
- We also cannot refund any money paid by you directly to third parties, such as payments made by you directly to External Attorneys or professionals.
- No refund in any case whatsoever can be claimed from us for the amount paid to the Lawyer directly by the user.
- Our Customer Service team will contact you within 7 business days and in cases where the Lawyer has not delivered the booked consultation, we will return your money within 15 business days from the day the request for Cancellation was received.
- Please note that there will be a nominal deduction (25%) in the amount refunded, payable towards online payment processing. The refund will be processed directly in your Bank / Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
- Refund Policy In the event your consultation request is accepted but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, your consultation request is rejected or cancelled; You will be given an option of opting for another request for consultation OR will be offered a complete refund if you so desire. The refund will be credited to your account within 15 working days.
- We do not offer refunds where you receive access to the Service through our platform, on payments we have collected for services, or on payments to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
- When the client books an appointment, a slot is dedicated & booked to provide timely service. In this case, Vakeel Bro does not assign the same slot to any other client with respect to that service.
- In the event that a client desires to change the booked slot timing, or desires to cancel the booked appointment with Vakeel Bro, he/she agrees to follow the standard protocol laid down by Vakeel Bro.
- As per the standard protocol, a client must call Vakeel Bro’s customer care number & inform the representative about the change in the slot timing or put forward a slot cancellation request.
- Legal Light Consulting customer care representative takes the request & internally checks the possibility of the change or cancellation of the slot.
- Legal Light Consulting representative, informs the client on the possibility of the change of slot.
- Legal Light Consulting does not guarantee the change in the slot timing as per client’s need but may put forward an alternative slot timing.
- The client must agree to accept the available & suggested time slot from Vakeel Bro. In case, the client does not confirm or does not accept or does a no-show at the time of the revised booking slot, Vakeel Bro will assume the same to be a cancelled slot.
- The client’s slot can be changed for a maximum of 3 (three) times.
- In the event, the Client does not respond to the Vakeel Bro representative via the “means of contact” provided by the Client for a minimum of 5 (five) times, or, the Vakeel Bro Lawyer’s representative does not get confirmation from the Client till fifteen (15) days from the allotted date of slot, the appointment will be deemed to be cancelled & Vakeel Bro will not be at any fault.
